The bid opening will be held at the Elmira Township Hall, 2035 Mt Jack Road; Elmira MI 49730 at 6:15 p.m. at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read. All bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above. Bids transmitted by facsimile or email will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to Elmira Township, PO BOX 117; Elmira, MI 49730, and marked to indicate the following: ELMIRA TOWNSHIP PAVILION BID-DO NOT OPEN.
